yeahhh, finally back to update! yesterday night was once of the best nights ever! because BURDEN went to PHS concert together! it was held at one of the auditoriums at toa payoh hdb hub.

first up : PHS's very own - chinese orchestra!!
they performed 2 pieces. though i don't know how to appreciate it, but i feel that they've really improved alot since last year. and now they have more members already! JIAYOU MAN ! oh boy, esther would be so proud and touched to tears if she was there =) haha.





























next, our very own symphonic band! i love one of the pieces they did, M.I.2 theme song! so nice, made me wanna dance to the music. it's so heartening to see willian and phyllis' boyfriend back in the band as alumni! NICE ONE (:

we ended the whole concert with a prayer. even though a prayer is very common in PHS, be it during activities or normal school time, we never fail to have just a prayer together as a school. this time it's considered quite special and it's been quite some time since i did this. feels so happy and touched to be back in PHS. this is where i really belong. the feeling is just so right.
during the 4 years in PHS, i tend to take many things of PHS for granted. take for granted these performances. take for granted the PHS spirit. take for granted these little things which actually matters alot. as the pastor held us in prayer, tears stung my eyes. it reminded me that i've been taking things for granted during my years in PHS. it's only when i graduate, then do i feel that the past had really been wonderful. a simple prayer stimulated my thoughts and made me reflect on my life.
precious lessons were learnt and i really did feel the PHS love. it's so powerful and special. it can never be replaced. i will always look back the past 4 years and smile. it holds so much meaning to me.. years will go by, people will grow old. but i will never forget PHS..
