I want to be a kid again.
I want to go back to the time when:
Decisions were made by going "eeny-meeny-miney-mo."
Mistakes were corrected by simply exclaiming, "do over!"
"Race issue" meant arguing about who ran the fastest.
Money issues were handled by whoever was the banker in Monopoly.
Catching the fireflies could happily occupy an entire evening.
It wasn't odd to have two or three "best" friends.
Being old referred to anyone over 20.
The net on a tennis court was the perfect height to play volleyball and rules didn't matter.
The worst thing you could catch from the opposite sex was cooties.
It was magic when dad would "remove" his thumb.
It was unbelievable that dodge ball wasn't an Olympic event.
Having a weapon in school meant being caught with a slingshot.
Nobody was prettier than Mom.
Scrapes and bruises were kissed and made better.
It was a big deal to finally be tall enough to ride the "big people" rides at the amusement park.
Getting a foot of snow was a dream come true.
Abilities were discovered because of a "double-dog-dare."
Saturday morning cartoons weren't 30-minute ads for action figures.
No shopping trip was complete unless a new toy was brought home.
"Oly-oly-oxen-free" made perfect sense.
Spinning around, getting dizzy and falling down was cause for giggles.
The worst embarrassment was being picked last for a team.
War was a card game.
Water balloons were the ultimate weapon.
Baseball cards in the spokes transformed any bike into a motorcycle.
Taking drugs meant orange-flavored chewable aspirin.
Ice cream was considered a basic food group.
I WANT TO BE A KID AGAIN !!!

argg. now having a super boring lecture. almost everybody is using friendster, msn or gaming. damn dumb. LOL anyway having my 1st ever common test in np this saturday! overall only got 3 papers that i need to take this term. the rest are all project work!

saturday 3june - principles of accounting paper
monday 5june - business computing application theory paper
tuesday 6june- macroeconomics paper

and this term ends for me!! 3 days advance for most people.. can't wait for the holidays man. 2 whole weeks of slacking. that's just so much i want to do man. shall reward myself with the best for this 14 days =) after which, it's gonna be school, school and more school =

omg! i simply can't resist the temptation not to go for PHS concert next friday. i want so badly to go, but i'm having a test on sat's morning. what should i do?

LOL so bored. tomorrow is IS (InterdiSciplinary) day! school starts only at 1pm for me! so happy =)

long long week it has been.. so many events happening! it has been quite eventful, quite glad that my life is indeed living to the fullest :DDD
kelly's bday, zhenhui's bday, tests coming soon, so many projects are dued too! pressure defintely adding up.. can't afford to slack right now. either i make it or break it.. so gonna go all the way out to MAKE it! =)

omg! i think im going crazy very soon.. so many things to be done and yet so little time!! arggghh. i need to start on the projects already. so many tutorial homeworks, especially for BCA! and my dearest kelly and zhenhui's birthdays are coming up!!!!

OH MY OH MY! hope i have enough time to complete whatever that needs to be done! =)

vesak day! - went town with kelly, cherlyn, zhenhui and liting. caught up abit and went home feeling very happy =)

saturday 13May06 - had HPT mentoring session. it's been quite some time since i've been back. not a bad feeling though :)

caught poseidon yesterday, not a bad movie i shall say.

anyway pinwen and muneer crashed my POA lecture today. so happy to see them! we had alot fun in the lecture theatre and i never listen to my lecturer because pinwen kept distracting me. haha. we on the webcam on my laptop and played with kelly. we showed kelly my shuai ge, my lecturer, my friends and her ugly photo! HAHA. not a bad way to pass time for a boring lecture =)

after that the 3 of us had lunch together at canteen 1. really miss the times in phs with them. anyway, hope they come np after their Os, at least i can see them more often! i had tutorial so they went walking around with hafiz.

reached home around 6pm. damn beat. and i realize we have ALOT homework. really ALOT. and they're dued by this week! OMGGG! im gonna go crazy already!! WHY BUSINESS STUDENTS SO MANY HOMEWORK ONE?!?!?!?!?!

ah, to me, BURDENS is something that i'll never let go of.

it started off with hpt. we were there for each other through our toughest training camp together. each of us motivating each other to push on.. not to give up on hpt and ourselves. ever since than, a strong bond was formed. i am confident to say that we had really went through thick and thins together as one.
it feels really weird to go to school alone. without them by my side, i find no joy in going to school. to me, school's the place where i gain knowledge. i only look forward to school if im meeting my BURDENS after school. how i wish all of us are in the same school. could we had been closer? maybe not, i really think distance makes the heart fonder. it's because we can hardly get to see each other or catch up during the week, that's why we especially cherish the weekends and times we get to spend chilling and lame-ing together!

where can i ever find so lame and crappy BURDENS?
how can anybody else replace such big BURDENS?
i always have only fun, fun and FUN with my BURDENS. nothing's gonna replace them ever!

6 girls. 6 different schools.
holding onto a bond that is so special TOGETHER. it's not how often we can get to see each other or talk, it's what matters deep down inside. everytime my classmates or lecturers mention the word "burden", i never fail to smile to myself.

to everybody else, burden is "something that is carried, something that is emotionally difficult to bear." (from dictionary.com). to me, BURDEN is something i want to hold on forever, forever carrying it in my heart ...

woah. yesterday was such an exciting day. feel so happy that i see many phs people at sp!
i reached dover mrt station around 2.45pm and i saw jiawei, ambrose and zhengyang at the control station! den waited for jerine and yiyong to fetch me and off we went to canteen duno-what because they wanted to eat. after that we went to crash graduates' guild and we got in! but because yiyong was wearing slippers so they don't allow us in!
haha, so nevermind we went to the business library because jerine wanted to do her maths quiz. saw huangyong, clement, ziwei, malissa, cuixia, chunkit and junming in the library! haha so happy man! like mini phs gathering liddat. haha. left the library around 5pm and meet joyce, patrick and joyce's classmate ailing at the control station.
we took the mrt back home together and after that, joyce and I went to yishun to meet cherlyn around 6pm. kelly came and we had teppanyaki together! the food ain't that bad. LOL. so we crapped all they way till 9pm and went home!

so this ends my adventure at sp.. rp here i come!! haha. why nobody wanna come np? =)

currently in BCA workshop in school now, the class is not sian but can play with computer and the teacher wouldn't know! haha, but i'm multi-tasking now lah. hasn't been blogging for the past few weeks. last week was really hectic. finally got a REAL taste of poly life haha. actually it's not as slack as everybody thinks it is. it's all up to yourself whether you want to slack the next 3 years off in poly or to work CONSTANTLY hard and of cos get straight ADs and As! so i guess i prefer the 2nd way to spend my poly days for the next 3 years. let's hope i really mean what i say and not procrastinate, again!

haha, yesterday was yawen's BIG DAY! so happy for her. had quite a fun day yesterday, it's really an eye-opening experience for me! BURDENS want to open a wedding planner next time! so we had gained experience and knew more about the procedures of a traditional wedding and etc. so funny man. we nearly drove shi jie, zhiyang and khim crazy i think! too bad lor, they're our jiemeis too liao. HAHA but overall still had fun during the dinner, and the food was okay. but it had been a tiringgg day -.- reached home around 11 plus and fell dead on my bed even before 12.

i practically drag myself outta bed today, i had lessons at 9am, so what do you expect? HAHA.i seriously need MORE CLOTHES eh! ARGHHH

wooot. the long weekend is gone just in a blink of the eye! but it has been quite a fulfilling week i must say. it's just a 4 days week this week and i'm so looking forward to the weekend because it is YAWEN'S wedding! once in a life time event, we must be there for her alright?
